Fondation Ketema Julienne (FKJ) is a non-profit organization committed to promoting the well-being, dignity and empowerment of women, girls and children, while contributing to peace, tolerance, solidarity and sustainable development.

Founded in Moundou, Chad, the Foundation is dedicated to creating meaningful and lasting opportunities for vulnerable communities. Our work focuses primarily on supporting women, girls, children and people living in extreme poverty, while encouraging citizens and organizations to actively contribute to the well-being of women and children.

Our mission is to promote the well-being of women and children and support citizen initiatives that advance peace, tolerance, development, solidarity and shared prosperity in a sustainable environment.

We believe that every woman, every girl and every child deserves access to opportunities, protection, education and the resources needed to build a better future.

   What We Do

Our programs and initiatives focus on four key areas:

• Maternal and Child Health – promoting better health and well-being for mothers and children.

• Gender-Based Violence Prevention – supporting efforts to prevent and combat violence against women and girls.

• Women’s Entrepreneurship – encouraging women's economic empowerment and entrepreneurship.

• Education for Girls – promoting access for girls to basic, secondary and higher education.

We prioritize vulnerable and underserved communities, particularly women, girls, abandoned children, and people living in extreme poverty. We also work with citizens and organizations committed to advancing the well-being of women and children. Our approach is guided by principles of impartiality and non-discrimination.
